We are delighted to see this estate in such fine form this year. François Villard has been a master of his craft—both with whites and reds—for several years now, producing wines deeply rooted in their terroir. It must be said that he boasts an impressive range that spans all the region’s major appellations. A proponent of perfectly ripe grapes and a master of the art of winemaking, he has crafted a series of 2023 vintages of the highest caliber. A third star is well within reach.
