Domaine Pichat - IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Divergente 2023
2*Étoiles
Hachette
"Very nice Syrah from Vienne Seyssuel".
With this cuvée, Stéphane Pichat expresses the geographical uniqueness of the Syrah planted in the commune of Vienne. Its limpid garnet-red color with mahogany and mauve highlights reveals a subtle woody nose with fruity, bouquet-like, spicy and sappy notes. On the palate, rusticity meets vitality, with warm, spicy, fruity power and a fleshy, sweet feel.

About the domain :
After studying in Beaune, then gaining experience in the United States and in Bordeaux, on his wife's estate (Ch. Filliol), Stéphane Pichat returned to his land to breathe new life into this ancient estate, founded by his great-grandparents. Established in 2000, he began bottling wines of impeccable quality from his 5 hectares in Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu.
