A bright, crystalline color with green hues (when young) and golden hues (after a few years in the bottle)

Nose

Refined notes of acacia, white peach, pear, and citrus, enhanced by delicate honey, vanilla, verbena, and a hint of fennel.

Palate

A full-bodied, velvety texture, balanced by a lively mineral and salty character. Flavors of ripe pear, citrus zest, honeyed almond, and white flowers linger on a long, pure, and elegant finish.
