Domaine de La Verde
The La Verde estate has been owned by the Camallonga family since 1963. The estate takes its name,“La Verde,”from the unique vineyard site where the vines are planted. This single, contiguous plot, located west of Vacqueyras, consists of clay-sand soil and is overlooked by the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Primarily focused on the export market, the La Verde estate mainly produces red wines in Vacqueyras in a style that combines power, aromatic finesse, and richness. The 2018 vintage marks the estate’s first white Vacqueyras cuvée, the Odyssey.
