"Mostly Grenache—a real treat!"

“Notes of cinnamon-spiced plums and Damascus plum crumble, very juicy. This wine exhibits lovely acidity. The tannins are supple and ripe, offering a lovely freshness. [...]” (Decanter 2022). A Vinsobres with plenty of body and richness; the black and red fruits are utterly delicious! Ideal to drink now or to age.

Rated estate (2020 guide) Selected (An estate or winery that impressed us with one or more of its wines, but where we are unable to give an overall opinion on the style of the entire range)

About the estate:

For four generations, this estate has been gradually expanding. Today, it spans 78 hectares, primarily in the Drôme Provençale region, around Grignan and Vinsobres. Consistently high in quality, the wines beautifully express their terroirs, thanks to expert barrel aging. The wines of the Grignan-les-Adhémar appellation are among the region’s finest examples. Of particular note is the excellent consistency of the samples tasted from the 2017 and 2018 vintages.
