Coume del Mas
Coume del Mas was founded in 2001 by Nathalie and Philippe Gard, an agronomist specializing in terroirs. Today, the 32 plots of this 14-hectare vineyard are spread across the towns of Banyuls and Collioure, the premier appellations of the Roussillon region.
With its great topographical diversity, the Coume del Mas vineyard is located both at high altitudes (approximately 400 meters) and right by the sea. The slopes on all these plots are so steep that mechanization is impossible, making human intervention essential.
Every bottle of wine produced at Coume del Mas reflects the terroir and the meticulous work carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture.
