Coume del Mas
Coume del Mas was created in 2001 by Nathalie and Philippe Gard, an agronomist specializing in terroirs. Today, the 32 parcels of this 14-hectare vineyard are spread across the communes of Banyuls and Collioure, the leading appellations of Roussillon.
The topographical diversity of the Coume del Mas vineyards ranges from high altitudes (around 400m) to seaside locations. All these plots are so uneven that mechanization is impossible and human intervention is essential.
Each bottle of wine produced at Coume del Mas is the reflection of a terroir and rigorous work in keeping with the values of sustainable agriculture.
