Domaine Augustin Parcé

A member of the Parcé family in Roussillon, Augustin Parcé decided in 2014, while continuing to be involved in the family’s various vineyards and businesses, to establish his own estate. Deeply influenced by his time in Burgundy, he places great emphasis on his terroirs. These comprise 10 hectares divided into 12 plots, from which Augustin draws the very essence to create Collioures and Banyuls.
