About the estate:
In the Parcé family, Augustin, apart from the other family businesses, wanted to develop his own estate, with 10 hectares in the Collioure-Banyuls appellation. Always cheerful, he offers an interpretation of the terroirs that reflects his personality, as well as a good command of modern communication tools. His wines are focused on immediate pleasure when tasted, even if the identities of the soil are not neglected.

With a deep ruby color and purple highlights, this wine made from Grenache (80%) and Carignan immediately captivates with its intense color. The subtle and complex nose opens with morello cherry, blackcurrant, and wild berries, enriched with hints of cocoa and kirsch. The palate is full-bodied and delicious, revealing a refined roasted structure. The tannins, fine but assertive, elegantly structure the whole. An excellent pairing with a spiced lamb tagine.

Moderately full-bodied and round, it is fresh and delicate, with a juicy, fruity core that leads to a long and enticing finish. More supple than the 2021, this is a no-frills Collioure.
