About the estate:
Since 1996, Patrick Saurel has been hard at work. About the wine:
Bright ruby color with violet highlights. A subtle nose revealing notes of bacon, spices, and smoke, with a fruity undertone. The palate is more expressive, robust, and full-bodied, offering a lovely, sunny flavor profile supported by silky tannins. Delightfully refreshing and invigorating, with a hint of minerality on the finish.
