"A true purveyor of pleasure!

Les Sorcières en blanc is vibrant and fresh, with aromas of flowers, fresh almond, yuzu and white fruit. Full-bodied and generous on the palate, with spicy, white-fruit flavors and a saline finish. A beautiful, harmonious Mediterranean white!

About the domain :

Hervé Bizeul, winegrower and rebel writer, has little to prove: his estate is one of the Roussillon's elite. But that doesn't stop him from continually challenging himself, breaking new ground, innovating, thinking outside the box and creating new cuvées. A case in point is his pinot noir, which has come out of nowhere to bravely withstand the rigors of the Agly valley's sun and tramontana winds. Here, each cuvée has its own personality, sometimes uncompromising, in the image of its winemaker. From no less than 7 different terroirs comes a serious and diversified interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
