"A convivial vintage par excellence!

A wine of sharing, pleasure and gourmandise, Les Sorcières bewitches with a nose of garrigue, black fruit, cherry, raspberry and flowers. On the palate, it gurgles with black and red fruits, and crunches with spices, all in a slightly mentholated freshness.

About the domain :

Hervé Bizeul, winegrower and rebel writer, has little to prove: his estate is one of the Roussillon's elite. But that doesn't stop him from continually challenging himself, breaking new ground, innovating, thinking outside the box and creating new cuvées. A case in point is his pinot noir, which has come out of nowhere to bravely withstand the rigors of the Agly valley's sun and tramontana winds. Here, each cuvée has its own personality, sometimes uncompromising, in the image of its winemaker. From no less than 7 different terroirs comes a serious and diversified interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
