"No regrets!"

Hervé Bizeul, believing that the 2023 vintage from his vineyard—which usually produces “Petite Sibérie”—would not measure up to his flagship wine, decided not to produce it. In the end, after vinifying the harvest anyway, he noticed that while the wine lacked length, it still possessed magnificent potential. To avoid any regrets, he crafted it with just as much love and precision as usual. The result is an elegant, velvety wine, rich and complex, that will pair wonderfully with a filet mignon of venison!

About the estate:

Hervé Bizeul, a winemaker and maverick writer, has little left to prove, as his estate ranks among the elite of the Roussillon region. That doesn’t stop him from constantly challenging himself, exploring new avenues, innovating, thinking outside the box, and creating new vintages. A prime example is his Pinot Noir, which appeared out of nowhere and valiantly withstands the harsh sun and the tramontane winds of the Agly Valley. Here, each cuvée displays a personality all its own—sometimes uncompromising—much like its winemaker. From no fewer than seven different terroirs emerges a serious and diverse interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
