Jancis Robinson
Made from old vines of Grenache Blanc, Malvoisie and Roussanne, this Côtes du Roussillon explores a broad palette of aromas (peach, acacia, pear). Barrel ageing brings out brioche and caramel notes, as well as roundness. A perfect match for grilled white meats and fish. For moments of conviviality!

About the domain :
The origins of the estate, where 6 generations have succeeded one another, date back to 1864. The estate boasts a 25-hectare vineyard planted on a variety of terroirs. Pierre and Marie-Claude Fontaneil have been at the helm of the estate since 1989, and for almost 30 years they have been producing wines with strong personalities, both dry and vins doux naturels. In 2017, they sold the estate to a young winemaking couple, Élodie and Matthieu Collet.
