Jancis Robinson
Made from old vines of White Grenache, Malvoisie, and Roussanne, this Côtes du Roussillon offers a wide range of aromas (peach, acacia, pear). Barrel aging adds notes of brioche and caramel, as well as a lovely roundness. It pairs beautifully with grilled white meats and fish. For those special moments of togetherness!

About the estate:
The estate’s origins, spanning six generations, date back to 1864. The property boasts a 25-hectare vineyard spread across diverse terroirs. At the helm since 1989, Pierre and Marie-Claude Fontaneil have been producing wines with strong character for nearly 30 years, including both dry and naturally sweet wines. In 2017, they sold the estate to a young couple of winemakers, Élodie and Matthieu Collet.
