Galamus 2016 shows beautiful maturity with a remarkably complex nose where wood and fruit complement each other perfectly. The palate develops noble, powerful tannins which, combined with a beautiful roundness, give the wine great depth. A wine with character!

About wine:

Not yet bottled, Galamus 2016 is a blend of almost equal parts Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, aged in 30% new oak. Notes of toast, cedar, and vanilla mark the nose, but there is plenty of rich, velvety fruit to balance things out. It is full-bodied and ripe, bordering on warmth and excess, so drink it now and for the next two years for its hedonistic qualities.
