Domaine Olivier Pithon

The Olivier Pithon estate is located "south of the south" near Perpignan: a 15-hectare vineyard on schist, marl, and clay-limestone soil, cultivated using biodynamic farming methods. The aim of Domaine Olivier Pithon is to produce the best possible AOC Côtes du Roussillon wines, expressing the terroirs, while respecting the environment and ensuring that future generations inherit a healthy piece of land: "We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children."

A large part of the Domaine Olivier Pithon vineyard is made up of old vines that produce grapes worthy of the greatest Côtes du Roussillon wines, and also produces delicious IGP Côtes Catalanes wines.
