Domaine Olivier Pithon

Domaine Olivier Pithon is located "Au sud du sud" near Perpignan: a 15-hectare vineyard on a terroir of schist, marl and clay-limestone, cultivated biodynamically. Domaine Olivier Pithon's aim is to make the best possible AOC Côtes du Roussillon wines, to express the terroirs, while respecting the environment and leaving a healthy piece of land for future generations: "We don't inherit the land from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children".

A large part of Domaine Olivier Pithon 's vineyard is made up of old vines that produce grapes of a quality worthy of the finest Côtes du Roussillon wines, and also produces tasty IGP Côtes Catalanes.
