Domaine Olivier Pithon

Domaine Olivier Pithon is located “in the far south” near Perpignan: a 15-hectare vineyard on a terroir of schist, marl, and clay-limestone, cultivated using biodynamic farming methods. The goal of Domaine Olivier Pithon is to produce the best possible AOC Côtes du Roussillon wines, to express the terroirs, all while respecting the environment and striving to leave a healthy piece of land for future generations: “We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”

A large portion of Domaine Olivier Pithon’s vineyard consists of old vines that yield grapes of a quality worthy of the greatest Côtes du Roussillon wines, and the estate also produces delicious IGP Côtes Catalanes wines.
