About the estate:

The European pond turtle, a nod to those fighting to protect endangered species, is often featured on the labels of Uby (winery and wine merchant), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel has implemented numerous initiatives focused on environmental stewardship and, for the wine merchant division, selects partners who supply organic grapes.

I was very disappointed by this wine; its effervescence takes away all the aromatic magic of the blend, which I had found superb in No. 3
