About the estate:

The European pond turtle—a nod to those fighting to protect endangered species—is often featured on the labels of Uby (a winery and wine merchant), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel has been implementing a growing number of initiatives focused on environmental stewardship and, for the wine merchant division, selects partners who supply organic grapes.

A very pleasant wine: lively, very fresh, incredibly aromatic, and low in alcohol. Perfect for an aperitif or a summer afternoon.
