Laulerie Castle
Château Laulerie, owned by the Dubard family, has a 43-hectare vineyard, from which the oldest vines are selected for the production of Château Laulerie, a red Bergerac.

The Château Laulerie vineyard is characterized by high planting densities—5,000 vines per hectare—combined with high trellising to increase the leaf area. Key to quality—controlling yields and maintaining vine health—are various practices: single Guyot pruning, flat trellising, debudding, leaf removal, and thinning. These techniques optimize grape ripening and, together with the terroir, contribute to the production of high-quality wines.

The picturesque cellars at the Gouyat farm date back to the 18th century and now house state-of-the-art winemaking equipment (stainless steel fermentation tanks, a pneumatic press, a bottling line, etc.) necessary for producing the consistently high-quality wines of Château Laulerie.
