Château de Laulerie

Château Laulerie, owned by the Dubard family, has a 43-hectare vineyard, from which the oldest vines are selected for the production of Château Laulerie, a red Bergerac wine.

The Château Laulerie vineyard is characterized by high planting densities, with 5,000 vines per hectare, accompanied by high trellising to increase the leaf surface area. The pillars of quality, yield control, and health status are achieved through various operations: single Guyot pruning, flat trellising, debudding, leaf removal, thinning, etc. These techniques optimize grape ripening and, together with the terroirs, contribute to the production of high-quality wines.

The picturesque cellars of the Gouyat farm date back to the 18th century and now house high-performance winemaking equipment (stainless steel vats, pneumatic press, bottling line, etc.) necessary for the production of Château Laulerie wines, which are always of the highest quality.
