Laulerie Castle
Château Laulerie, owned by the Dubard family, has a 43-hectare vineyard, from which the oldest vines are selected for the production of Château Laulerie, a red Bergerac.

The Château Laulerie vineyard is characterized by high planting densities—5,000 vines per hectare—combined with high trellising to increase the leaf area. Key to quality—yield control and maintaining vine health—involve various operations: single Guyot pruning, flat-wire training, debudding, leaf removal, and thinning... These techniques optimize grape ripening and, together with the terroirs, contribute to the production of high-quality wines.

The picturesque cellars of the Gouyat farm date back to the 18th century and now house state-of-the-art winemaking equipment (stainless steel tanks, pneumatic press, bottling line, etc.) necessary for the production of Château Laulerie wines, which are consistently of the highest quality.
