Award: CGA Paris 2012 Gold Medal
Château de Padère is a rosé with a color that is quite pale for a Buzet. The nose is intense and particularly refined and subtle. About the estate:

Founded in 1953, this major cooperative in southwestern France played a significant role in the creation of the Buzet appellation 20 years later. It produces 95% of the appellation’s wines (red, white, and rosé) and brings together 184 winegrowers (more than 1,900 ha). It advocates for sustainable viticulture, balancing technical progress with natural practices. A significant portion of its member estates are HVE-certified (70 ha are organic).
