Château de Padère

Château de Padère is located in Gascony, within the Buzet appellation. The names of localities always have a meaning: Padère, which refers to a terroir situated at “the edge of the moor” or “the beginning of the land,” thus has two. This is not its only treasure. Château de Padère is situated on the edge of the Landes forest and benefits from the refreshing ocean breeze. It stands at the point where the terrain is no longer quite sand but not yet soil. In short, it is an ideal terroir for the vines.
