Château de Padère

Château de Padère is located in Gascony, within the Buzet appellation. The names of local vineyards always have a meaning: Padère, which refers to a terroir situated both “at the end of the moor” and “at the beginning of the land,” thus has two meanings. But that is not its only treasure. Château de Padère is situated on the edge of the Landes Forest and benefits from the refreshing ocean breeze. It stands at the point where the terrain is no longer quite sand but not yet soil. In short, it is ideal soil for vineyards.
