character

"A beautiful white wine, very aromatic and well-balanced."

Barrel aging gives this wine power and complexity, expressing crisp fruit (apple, pear, exotic fruits) coupled with a beautiful fullness on the palate. Rich on the attack, it evolves into ripe fruit and hints at a discreet woody touch. A tannic grain gives it personality. A lovely Gaillac, full of precision.
