Domaine Barreau - Gaillac Les Braisiers blanc 2024 (sec)
2*Coup de Coeur
Hachette
"A truly beautiful white wine, very aromatic and well-balanced"
Barrel aging gives this wine power and complexity, bringing out juicy fruit (apple, pear, exotic fruits) paired with a lovely fullness on the palate. Rich on the attack, it evolves into ripe fruit and hints at a subtle woody note. Its tannic structure lends it character. A lovely Gaillac, full of precision.
