Very good, as is often the case with Côtes de Gascogne wines. Smooth but not too sweet. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with goat cheese

This Cotes de Gascogne isn't among the best; its sweetness doesn't linger long enough on the palate and it lacks fruitiness....
