Very good, as is often the case with Côtes de Gascogne wines. Sweet but not too sweet. Perfect as an aperitif and with goat cheese.

This isn't one of the best Cotes de Gascogne wines; the sweetness doesn't linger long enough on the palate, and it lacks fruitiness....
