(Notes from the 2017 vintage)

Terres de Mémoire is a dry white wine made from a blend of four local grape varieties (Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Courbu, Camaralet), with a fresh nose and seductive aromas of exotic fruits. A lively, very fruity white wine, full of finesse, which will enhance fish or seafood dishes. A treasure to be discovered without delay!

A surprising dry Jurançon. Full-bodied, fresh, and invigorating on the palate with exotic fruit aromas. Medium length with a slight hint of bitterness.

A well-balanced wine. Lots of fruit, a little richness and acidity. An immediate pleasure even for those who struggle with dry wines. It's so fruity that you can almost taste a slight sweetness. A real treat!

Disappointing. I bought this wine because I had already tasted dry Jurançon. This one did not meet my expectations. For me, it was too acidic and lacked character. Perhaps the wine was too young...
