"An authentic and generous Madiran for immediate pleasure!

"This is a new addition to the already impressive list of achievements of the Dousseau sisters, elected Winemaker of the Year for the South-West in the 2021 edition. A Favorite that rewards a modern, supple Madiran in a gourmet vein, without denying its origins. A complex nose of black fruits, licorice and spices, an ample, unctuous palate, gently framed by silky, coated tannins, remarkable length: this delightful wine is already perfect and ready to drink, but will not shy away from cellaring". (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About the wine:

The Dousseau sisters have added a new line to their already impressive list of awards, as they were voted Winemaker of the Year for the South-West in the 2021 edition. A Favorite that rewards a modern, supple Madiran in a gourmet register, without denying its origins. A complex nose of black fruits, licorice and spices, a full, unctuous palate, gently framed by silky, coated tannins, remarkable length: this delightful wine is already perfect and ready to drink, but will not shy away from cellaring.

About the domain :

Hubert Dousseau acquired the estate in 1902. Since 1995, Brigitte and Corinne, his great-granddaughters, have been running the 22-hectare organic vineyard. They have converted a small Gascon house in the heart of the vineyards into a gîte. In 2023, the fifth generation (Corinne's son Nathan) joined the adventure. A sure bet for both Madiran and Pacherenc-du-Vic-Bilh.
