La Cave des Amandiers is Alexandre Delétraz’s ambitious project. Founded in 2008, La Cave des Amandiers is a mountain vineyard featuring steep slopes and even small terraces. In fact, we refer to this as “heroic viticulture” because working in the vineyard is extremely challenging.
La Cave des Amandiers spans 5.2 hectares of vineyards, with the main grape varieties being Petite Arvine, Cornalin, and Humagne.
