Beautiful acidity, good length—still very good a year later, but a bottle stored in the kitchen underwent secondary fermentation over the summer (appearance of effervescence, CO2)

Sure, it has a very strong aroma. But it’s slightly fizzy, and to me that’s a sign of poor winemaking, and it ruins the wine beyond repair.
