Wonderful acidity, good length—still very good a year later, but a bottle stored in the kitchen underwent secondary fermentation during the summer (appearance of bubbles, CO2)

That's for sure—it has a very strong aroma. But it's slightly fizzy, and to me that's a sign of poor winemaking, which irrevocably ruins the wine.
