The Domaine Borès vineyard, spanning 10 hectares, is located at the foot of the Ungersberg hill, on schist soil. A large portion of the Borès family’s vineyards are situated on hillsides with slopes of up to 52%, facing due south.
Domaine Borès practices sustainable viticulture to stay attuned to their terroirs, where the main Alsatian grape varieties (Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner, etc.) are grown.
