The Domaine Borès vineyard, spanning 10 hectares, is situated at the foot of the Ungersberg hill on schist soil. A large portion of the Borès family’s vineyards are located on hillsides with slopes of up to 52 percent, facing due south.
Domaine Borès practices sustainable viticulture to stay attuned to its terroirs, where the main Alsatian grape varieties (Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner, etc.) are grown.
