Domaine Bader
According to the diocesan archives of Epfig, the origins of the Bader vineyard date back to the 17th century. Passionate about vines and wine, the Bader family has spanned the centuries: many generations have followed one another at the head of this 11-hectare estate.
Oenologist Pierre Scharsch bought the Bader vineyard in 2006 and restructured it, notably by converting it to organic farming in 2016. The 2018 and earlier vintages were in conversion to organic farming, and the wines have been certified organic since the 2019 vintage.
