Domaine Bader
The origins of the Bader vineyard date back to the 17th century, according to the Epfig diocesan archives. The Bader family's passion for vines and wine has spanned the centuries, with many generations at the helm of this 11-hectare estate.
Pierre Scharsch, oenologist, bought the Bader vineyard in 2006 and restructured it, converting it to organic production in 2016. The 2018 and earlier vintages were in organic conversion, and from the 2019 vintage onwards, the wines are certified organic.
