About the estate:

Pierre Scharsch, a winemaker, purchased this historic estate (17th century) in the Barr region in 2006, restructured the vineyard, and began the estate’s transition to organic farming in 2016. The estate now covers 11 hectares.

A bit disappointing for such a fine wine! Well-made but lacking in complexity… Maybe it needs some time?
