RVF
"Zinnkoepflé always expresses exceptional aromatic richness while remaining focused on the terroir."
"Zinnkoepflé is the estate's great terroir, already presented in 2024 in Riesling: immature but full of vitality, invigorating, very salty, it is essential to wait for it." (Le Guide de la RVF 2026)

Nose
Beautiful elegance of citrus fruits and zest
Mouth
Rich and full-bodied on the palate, yet dry and taut on the finish, well balanced by a ripe acidity characteristic of limestone and sandstone rock. The finish is long and silky with a salty acidity.

Its richness is perfectly suited to delicate fish (zander delicacy with Riesling), meats with a tangy or sweet-and-sour sauce (osso buco with Asian flavors), certain spicy exotic dishes, etc.

Rated estate (2020 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one would expect from its appellation(s))
About the estate:
The new generation of Moltès, Stéphane and Mickaël, who have been running the estate since 1995, have since converted the vineyard to organic farming. Unsurprisingly, this has given the wines more verticality and tension, and they now stand out in our annual tastings. This is just the beginning of a new adventure for this estate, founded in 1930 by Antoine Moltès.
Guide Hachette des vins
Rated estate (2022 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly recognized by the guide)
About the estate:
A vineyard located about ten kilometers south of Colmar. Antoine Moltès sold his first wines in 1925, and his son Roland explored the terroirs. Settling in at the turn of the century, Mickaël and Stéphane built a new winery and gradually moved towards organic farming, beginning the conversion of the vineyard in 2012. They also expanded the property from 17 to 27 hectares in 2019 and created a trading company to expand their range.
