An Alsace Pinot Noir with a gentle, infused extraction that produces a delicate, fresh cuvée with beautiful aromas. Ophrys, an orchid found on the Bollenberg hillside, this cuvée is also an ode to these little wild flowers.

Wine rated 92/100 (Vintage 2017)

About the domain :
Jean-Paul and Marie Zusslin, who continue the family winegrowing tradition that began in 1691, have been exemplary for some years now. Based in Orschwihr, in a beautiful vineyard, they form a passionate, charismatic duo, dedicated to a job well done. And they're multiplying their projects: designing a new bottle, setting up dozens of beehives and nesting boxes in the plots... Each has his own role: Marie in marketing, Jean-Paul in the vines and the cellar. Biodynamic viticulture since 1997, meticulous winemaking and precise ageing sum up the work of this benchmark domaine, where the spirit of the parcel is omnipresent, even in the crémants. The excellence of the range may well mean a rise in our rankings!
