The benchmark wine of the estate, the Mundus Bacillus Tarrae cuvée comes from the Adrianna vineyard, planted at an altitude of 1,450 meters. This produces a wine with an intense, deep purple color. The nose offers aromas of ripe red fruit, violet, and spices. The palate is concentrated and tannic with flavors of blackcurrant and dark chocolate. A great wine!
