"A very refined, precise Argentine Cabernet with fantastic freshness, according to James Suckling!"

Like most Catena Cabernet Sauvignons, the Catena Alta Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is not a 100% varietal wine, but a blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc, as Cabernet Sauvignon alone is often not complete enough. The Cabernet Franc must have given it an extra boost, reinforcing the already fresh character of the vintage. The palate is medium-bodied, with lots of fresh herb aromas and very fine, varietal tannins. (The Wine Advocate 2021) - Delivery in wooden cases for all orders of 6 bottles of this wine (excluding Point Relais delivery method).
