Winemaking

Cold maceration (10 to 30% whole bunches) for 2 to 10 days (at less than 10°C), fermentation in new French oak barrels (225 to 500 liters) for 17 to 28 days, temperature kept low, indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation also in barrels and on lees and sediment.

Breeding

15 to 18 months in French oak barrels (2nd and 3rd fill)

Intense purple colour, clear and brilliant

Nose

Deep and concentrated, with scents of dried violets, plums and blueberries, complemented by subtle hints of smoke and chocolate.

Mouth

Velvety and creamy, the aromas echo the nose and are masterfully balanced with a soft structure and vibrant energy, the mellow and integrated tannins accompany us to a long and elegant finish.
