This wine is made from 100% Areni Noir, an indigenous grape variety that has never been grafted and is a true emblem of Armenian viticulture: this variety, which has been cultivated for over 6,000 years, also originates from the same valley where the world’s oldest winery (4100 BC) was discovered. It is also aged traditionally for 12 months in "Karas," amphorae typical of Armenia.

Smooth and velvety in texture, concentrated and with great aromatic depth, it features the same flavors found on the nose—dark berries, mild spices, and licorice—with a lovely length and a spicy, subtly peppery finish
