"A blend of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay, this wine is made primarily from grapes grown in Northern Tasmania, giving it a fresh style. It is a blend of the 2018 and 2019 vintages, with reserves from the 2015, 2016, and 2017 vintages. About the wine:
You have to squint to see it, but Jansz’s latest Premium Rosé displays only subtle hints of pink. The nose offers a range of aromas, including toasted hazelnuts, dried figs, lemon verbena, orange zest, and dried lavender. On the palate, while it lacks a bit of depth and length, it features fresh, vigorous bubbles and a chalky texture. A serious wine from one of Tasmania’s best-known producers.
