"A Gamay for sunny tapas!"

This Beaujolais-Villages Vieilles Vignes comes from vines grown at altitude on sandy, granite soil halfway up the hillside, which promotes rapid ripening. This is undoubtedly the earliest ripening area in Beaujolais. Whole bunch vinification is essential to ensure that this cuvée expresses the fruit and complexity of the small corner of land on which it was grown.
