Bonnet Cotton - Côte-de-Brouilly Les Grillés 2021
This Côte-de-Brouilly comes from south-facing vineyards on a mid-slope planted on a mixture of yellow siliceous rock. The nose is very fruity, blending stone fruits, black fruits, wild strawberries, and licorice with hints of mint. The tannins are well-integrated, lending the wine a velvety structure. Pair with goose terrine or bouchées à la reine.
