Château Les Tours de Peyrat

Château Les Tours de Peyrat has a 15-hectare vineyard, located in the commune of Saint Paul de Blaye, in the Bordeaux region, which is the fruit of four generations of work. The Château Les Tours de Peyrat estate, built up over many years by the Tanet family, could have left the family due to a lack of heirs if Christelle had not taken it over in 1997. The production of Château Les Tours de Peyrat wine in the Côtes de Blaye AOC continues thanks to her efforts.

When she arrived, she wanted to give Château Les Tours de Peyrat a new lease of life in line with her own concerns as a mother regarding food products and the environment. Because she is committed to playing an active role in the production of quality wine, she has adapted techniques that she considers necessary to the Château Les Tours de Peyrat vineyard, in particular manual suckering and debudding, leaf removal and thinning to reduce yields and concentrate the components of the grapes. Concerned about the legacy she will leave to her children and faced with consumers' environmental concerns in recent years, Christelle has signed a CTE (Contrat Territorial Exploitation) with the government, committing herself to ensuring that every farming practice is designed to promote quality, the environment, and employment.
