Château Les Rambauds is a family estate that has belonged to the Cazade family for three generations. It is located in the south-east of the Bordeaux appellation on the slopes of the right bank of the Garonne River.
Bernard Cazade has been passionate about winemaking since childhood and is deeply attached to this magnificent terroir. He has developed the vineyard inherited from his father, but has also followed his convictions: that it was possible to produce an excellent Malbec on this terroir while avoiding the flaws of power and rusticity for which it is generally criticized.
Keen to preserve this terroir and pass it on to future generations, he has long been committed to minimizing the impact on the environment and manages the Château Les Rambauds vineyard according to the very strict principles of sustainable agriculture. He has also obtained "sustainable farming" certification.
