Château Redon
In 1967, Henri Ducourt purchased a few hectares of vineyards in the town of Cessac. This estate consists of several hamlets, including Redon, which owes its name to the gently rolling contours of the land—“redon” meaning “round” in Occitan.
The Château Redon vineyard is planted exclusively with red grape varieties on a clay-loam terroir well-suited to the production of refined, full-bodied wines.
The Ducourt family also owns twelve other estates, including Château d’Haurets, also located in the Entre-deux-Mers region.
