Bénédicte and Grégoire Hubau discovered the exceptional terroir of Moulin Pey-Labrie in 1988. They immediately began their career as winemakers, guided by the expert advice of Michel Rolland. This is how the château’s first vintage of Canon-Fronsac was produced.
Château Moulin Pey-Labrie, situated on clay-limestone slopes over molasse, spans 6.75 hectares of vineyards, primarily planted with Merlot. The vineyard is cultivated using organic farming methods.
The Hubau couple also owns Château Haut-Larivau and Château des Combes-Canon.
