Château Bréhat is a family-owned estate located in Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, in the heart of the Castillon hillsides. Its vineyard—a large portion of which borders that of Château Haut-Rocher Saint-Émilion Grand Cru—has been in the same family since the 16th century, reflecting deep-rooted ties to winemaking.

Its 5.5-hectare vineyard, planted primarily with Merlot and supplemented by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, is situated on clay-loam soils with a limestone subsoil. Committed to environmental sustainability, the estate has held HVE 3 and Organic Farming certifications since 2022.

Château Bréhat is a wine of character—full-bodied and well-structured, supported by a beautiful tannic framework. Expressive even in its youth, it reveals an alluring aromatic profile while possessing the potential to age harmoniously in the bottle.

The 2022 vintage has notably been recognized with 3 stars in the 2026 Guide Hachette, a Silver Medal at the 2025 Prix-Plaisir Bettane & Desseauve, and inclusion in La Revue du Vin de France’s selection of wines priced under €15!
