“A unique and unconventional white wine from Bordeaux!”

Following in the footsteps of the 2020 and 2021 vintages, the 2022 vintage stands out as THE unique white wine of Bordeaux, thanks to its original blend of Sémillon and Colombard. Favorite true Favorite the team, its aging in oak barrels imparts subtle, well-integrated aromas of slightly buttery oak, paired with notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, and acacia blossom. The wine is rich, velvety, and enlivened by a lovely liveliness on the finish. A value-for-money wine not to be missed!

About the estate:

Perched on the hills above Bourg, this estate has been in the family for over a century. It is dominated by a small 15th-century castle, renovated in the 19th century, featuring pepper-pot towers. Valérie and Philippe Bassereau took over the estate in 1990. With 45 hectares of vineyards, they are able to produce wines that are far from being niche.
