"In contrast to the intensity of the color—still youthful with its purplish hues—the bouquet is fairly subtle, yet it strikes a good balance between red fruit and wood (spices). Smooth on the palate, the wine shows promise for aging thanks to its tannic structure." (Guide Hachette des Vins - 2020 Edition)

About the wine:
Garnet red. A bouquet of good intensity with a pleasant freshness. Smoky and fruity notes. Well-balanced on the palate. The wine is juicy and delicious, with a lively and refreshing structure. The tannins remain in the background but are solid. A wine that will gain in suppleness and shows great promise. A fruity finish.

This 2017 vintage is holding up very well. Notes of red berries and a hint of smokiness. A wine to keep in your cellar.
