For a wine that is 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon, I can't detect the Semillon. Second tasting: The wine is much more pronounced and floral. Perhaps wait a little longer after delivery. Apparently, even white wine doesn't like being transported... It receives 3 Bs.
