For a wine that’s 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon, I can’t detect the Semillon. Second tasting: The wine is much more pronounced and floral. Maybe I should wait a little longer after delivery. Apparently, even white wine doesn’t like being shipped… It gets 3 B’s.
