Fourcas Hosten Castle

Château Fourcas Hosten is a property located in Listrac-Médoc, nestled in the heart of a magnificent 3-hectare park. In 1810, Mr. Hosten sold the vineyard to the Saint-Affrique family, who created Château Fourcas Hosten and brought it international renown. Then, in 2006, brothers Renaud and Laurent Momméja acquired the estate with the ambition of reviving this beautiful two-century-old property: "We had a real Favorite this property and its great wine, which is why we wanted to write a new page in our family's history with Château Fourcas Hosten."

With this in mind, they launched a major renovation project: a new vat room combining three materials (concrete, wood, and stainless steel), new cellars, and a major restructuring of the vineyard. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, the harvest is partly manual, and the wines are made in the finest Bordeaux tradition.
