"This Listrac opens pleasantly with subtle spicy (vanilla and cinnamon) and toasted notes. After a supple attack, the palate experiences a lovely build-up of power, carried by well-structured tannins without excessive vigor. A fine representative of its appellation. " (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016). Its excellent extraction of all the components of the skins produces a rich, structured and deep wine that is not to be missed!

Bettane & Desseauve
Wine rated 15/20 (Very good wine)
Rated estate (2017 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About wine:
Supple and ample, this wine is straightforward, well-made, with a lovely tension. Dense and delicately spicy finish.
About the estate:
Since the Mommeja family (Hermès) bought the estate in 2006, brothers Laurent and Renaud have undertaken major renovation work, starting with the technical facilities, vats, and cellars, while also restructuring the vineyard. Technical director Caroline Artaud has improved the wines with the help of renowned oenologist Éric Boissenot.

About the estate:
The spectacular progress made by this Listrac estate since its acquisition by the Momméja family (Hermès) has made it one of the appellation's benchmarks. Still powerful tannins and persistent astringency; decant several hours before tasting.
