Bettane & Desseauve

Rated estate (2022 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

Christelle Sorge runs the family estate located in the heart of the Margaux appellation, in Soussans, alongside her sister Sylvie. Together, they are continuing the work begun by their father in fine style. The estate's 13 hectares are planted with an almost equal blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by 1% Carménère and 1% Petit Verdot. The wines are elegant and fruity, typical of the Margaux region, and improve with each passing vintage.
