Château Monbrison

The Monbrison Castle is located on magnificent terroir in the commune of Arsac, near certain Grands Crus Classés such as Le Tertre. This This 21-hectare family estate is managed with conviction and panache by Laurent Vonderheyden and his daughter. Cultivated using sustainable methods, it is one of the pioneers of "green harvesting," a technique that involves cutting a certain number of bunches to facilitate the ripening of the others.
